Vysya College has developed a comprehensive Institutional Development Plan (IDP) to guide its long-term growth, academic excellence, and transformation in alignment with UGC regulations and the National Education Policy (NEP 2020).

Phase I 0–5 Years (Up to 2030)

Objectives

  • Achieve higher NAAC accreditation (A+/A++)
  • Strengthen teaching–learning processes and governance

  • Enhance curriculum design with Outcome-Based Education (OBE)
  • Strengthen Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) practices
  • Introduce skill-based and value-added courses
  • Improve student performance and placement outcomes
  • Integrate ICT tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Phase II 6–10 Years (Up to 2035)

Achieving Academic Distinction

Objectives

  • Establish Vysya College as a centre of academic and research excellence
  • Expand interdisciplinary and industry-oriented programmes
  • Increase research output and innovation

Key Activities

  • Introduce interdisciplinary UG and PG programmes
  • Strengthen research culture through:
    • - Publications in reputed journals
    • - Funded research projects
  • Promote faculty development and Ph.D. qualifications
  • Establish collaborations with industries and academic institutions
  • Implement NEP guidelines in curriculum and pedagogy
Phase III 11–15 Years (Up to 2040)

5. Human Resource Development

  • Recruitment of qualified teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Continuous Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs)
