PERIYAR UNIVERSITY EXAM APRIL/MAY 2024 INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS

INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS FOR PERIYAR UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION APRIL / MAY – 2024

1. All the students are instructed to bring their Hall tickets without fail.
2. All students must wear ID Cards compulsorily inside the campus.
3. During the Examinations if any student involved in malpractice sever action will be taken.
4.  All the students should be present in the Examination Hall exactly at 9.45AM for Forenoon session and at 1.45 PM for Afternoon Session.
5. Students are strictly instructed not to bring Mobile Phones, Smart Watches and other Electronic Gadgets during University Examination.
6. During University Examination the Boys are instructed to keep their bags in canteen Food Shed and Girls are instructed to keep their bags in Main Block UG Library.
7. All the students are instructed to follow proper dress code for University Examinations and Boys must come in clean shave and proper Hair cut.
8. All the students must come in Uniform on Fridays during University Examinations.
9. Students should use only black or blue pen for examination.
10.  Students should not use any other colour pen, pencils, crayons, sketches except black or blue.

 

பெரியார் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தேர்வு (ஏப்ரல் / மே - 2024) எழுத வரும் மாணாக்கர்கள் பின்வரும் விதிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றுமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.

1.அனைத்து மாணாக்கர்களும் பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு எழுத வரும்பொழுது பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு நுழைவுச்சீட்டினைக் (Hallticket) கட்டாயம் கொண்டு வருதல் வேண்டும்.

2. கல்லூரி வளாகத்திற்குள் அனைத்து மாணாக்கர்களும் கட்டாயமாகத் தங்களுடைய அடையாள அட்டையினை (ID Card)அணிந்திருத்தல் வேண்டும்.

3. தேர்வின் போது முறைகேடுகளில் ஈடுபடும் மாணவர்கள் மீது கடும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும்.

4. பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வின்பொழுது காலைத் தேர்வு என்றால் 9.45 மணியளவிலும் மதியத்தேர்வு என்றால் 1.45 மணியளவிலும் தேர்வு எழுதும் அறைக்கு வந்துவிடுதல் வேண்டும்.

5. பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வின் போது மாணாக்கர்கள் கண்டிப்பாக கைப்பேசி, Smart watchs மற்றும் இதர எலெட்ரானிக் பொருட்களைக் கொண்டு வரக் கூடாது. 

6. பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு நடைபெறும் பொழுது தங்களுடைய பைகளை மாணவர்கள் கேண்டீன் அருகிலுள்ள உணவு சாப்பிடும் அறையிலும் மாணவிகள் மெயின் பிளாக்கில் உள்ள UG நூலகத்திலும் (UG Library)வைக்க வேண்டும்.

7. அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்விற்கு வரும் பொழுது ஒழுங்கான ஆடை அணிந்து வரவும், Clean shave  மற்றும் ஒழுங்கான முறையில்  Hair cut செய்து வருமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.

8. பல்கலைக்கழகத் தேர்வு நடைபெறும் வெள்ளிக் கிழமைகளில் அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் கட்டாயமாகக் கல்லூரிச் சீருடையில் வர வேண்டும்.

9. மாணவர்கள் கருப்பு அல்லது நீல நிற பேனாவை மட்டும் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

10. மாணவர்கள் கண்டிப்பாக கருப்பு அல்லது நீலம் தவிர வேறு வண்ண பேனாக்கள், பென்சில், வண்ண பென்சில்களைப் பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது.
